Administration is not primarily concerned with arrangement, timetable, scheme of the study, type of building, type of records, etc. But it concerned with attitude of personnel performance and with pupils with whom they work. Thus educational administration means the practical measures which are adopted to ensure that the system of workers (personnels) performance assigned job (may be teaching and other educational activities), which are in use, be of maximum assistance in carrying out the aims of education and for the benefit of pupils/children/students.
Education administration is stated as a part public administration and indeed is a part of public administration. But, educational administration is different from other parts of public administration because it is concerned with human material. This administration through schools or colleges are specific institutions. These institutions these causes, educational administration or the administrations on the basis of functions and objectives.
OBJECTIVES
The purpose of this paper are to describe the Aims and Objectives of Educational Administration, Elements of educational Administration, and Functions of Educational Administration.
